An Essex-based business is celebrating having scooped a national industry award that recognises its achievements over the past twelve months. eCity Couriers, a delivery company located in Corringham near Stanford-Le-Hope, won the New Member of the Year category at the Transport Awards 2015, which showcases the hard work and outstanding success that is taking place within the courier and haulage sectors. The awards, now in its thirteenth year, was organised by Transport Exchange Group.

Dipeolu was presented with the award by Andrew Ward from Bibby Financial Services at the annual ceremony, in front of more than 300 industry leaders and professionals from across the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe. The company was one of four winners that were nominated and voted for by more than 3,500 members of Courier Exchange and Haulage Exchange in recognition of their major success and best practice in terms of customer service, operational performance and delivery.
